Returns & Refunds

1. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts that support our mission and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to help.

2. Merchandise returns

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition.

3. Eligibility & timeframe

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

4. How to request a return

Email info@graceokoro.com with your order details and reason for return, and we’ll send instructions.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
